I have put the link to our MBI acceptance website on the right side of the blog. There you will find the acceptance packet, packing information and soon the itinerary for MBI Yud Zayin.
I will traveling to Israel from April 27th until May 10th. As such I will be out of the office during that time and will not always have access to my email. Please feel free to be in touch with Kenan, Gil or Jamie to ask them any questions you have related to MBI. They are very helpful and should know most of the answers to your questions or they will be in touch with me to find out the answers.
Please bear with me as I try to stay in touch with all of you wonderful families for our upcoming MBI. There are over 130 participants slated to participate and we are very excited about these numbers in our office.

MBI Acceptances
By now all of you should have received MBI acceptances via email. If not please contact our office to inquire what the issue would be. We are currently having issues with Comcast email addresses receiving emails sent from our office. At times the emails are sent directly to a spam filter to our inconvenience. We are working on finding a solution to this unfortunate inconvenience.
Shortly you will be receiving an acceptance letter in the mail which has more information about the next steps to the joining MBI this summer. If you have not already sent in your payment of $1800 whether by check or credit card, please do so by the April 25th deadline. Also if you have any alternative travel arrangements please let our office know as soon as possible.
Lastly I will be out of the office for the Passover holiday until Wednesday April 23rd. I will also be out of the office from April 27th until May 10th as I will be in Israel during that time period. I can still be reached via email and other members of the Habonim Dror staff are equipped to answer any questions you might have or find out the answers for you.

Welcome to the MBI Yud Zayin 2008 Blog!
Dear MBI Participants, family and friends,
Welcome to the wonderful MBI Yud Zayin blog!
This where I will be posting information relevant to the program in the weeks leading up to MBI's departure as well as posting daily updates during the program. Feel free to check back here every couple weeks for more information as we get closer to the program's departure.
I am sure many of you are anxious to know more about MBI. By the beginning of next week you should be hearing from us via email with your acceptance to MBI. We also will be sending out the itinerary as it stands and more information to get the ball rolling.
If you need a new passport or need to renew yours, I would recommend getting that started ASAP if you haven't already. These things can take time and you don't want to have to scramble at the last minute.
Additionally if you want to travel to or from Israel on dates separate from the group, please send me an email request as soon as possible. I will be doing my best to work with our travel agent to make sure that request are honored but the longer the wait the less I can guarantee specific dates and times.
